Parent and Child or Parent-Only programmes
We offer two different programmes: one for you and your child, and one for just you. Choose the best option for your family’s situation and needs. Both include sessions with a mental health specialist, and both accommodate different learning and attention styles.

Parent and child programme
16 weeks, with pauses as needed
Weekly sessions for your child, monthly parent coaching sessions, between session support, online content, community and more.

Parent support for navigating self-harm
Go at your own pace
Parent sessions with a clinician, guided learning modules, a peer support community, practical strategies to navigate difficulties, text support and more.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
Our approach welcomes and we provide specialised pathways to support young people and parents of neurodivergent young people, including those with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences.
Investment in Your Family’s Future
This isn’t open-ended therapy – it’s a focused, time-limited support that gives you skills for life. Many parents report that learning these strategies prevents crisis escalation and transforms family relationships.
Have sessions from home
Online therapy means no travel, higher engagement, and increased retention.
Access the best specialists
Work with the best self-harm clinicians in the UK, not just whoever is in your area.
Learn at your own pace
Supplement your sessions with guided content, on your own time.
