Dr Olivia Collier

Child Psychologist | Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD)

Dr. Olivia Collier is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in NHS mental health services and research. Trained at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN), she specialises in supporting individuals and families facing serious mental health challenges. Olivia’s person-centred approach considers the wider systems affecting wellbeing, helping families rediscover their strengths and resilience. Dr Imogen Thynne

Child Psychologist | Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, DClinPsy

Dr. Imogen Thynne is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in child and adolescent mental health within the NHS. She is committed to providing accessible, flexible, and personalised support tailored to each young person’s strengths and goals. Imogen also contributes to advancing mental health care through research on brief online therapies and digital interventions for self-harm, helping families access effective, modern psychological support.

Dr Maryam Haghiran

Child Psychologist | Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, DClinPsy

Dr Maryam Haghiran is a HCPC-registered and BABCP-accredited Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience across NHS and specialist services. She has work with adults, children, and families, addressing a diverse range of mental health needs from trauma to complex presentations in both community and secure settings. Dr Maryam Haghiran is particularly committed to culturally sensitive practice and supporting those who have faced systemic adversity.

Tamara Licht-Musso

Clinical and Counselling Psychologist

Tamara is an HCPC-accredited Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and a BPS-Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with children, young people, and adults. She provides tailored therapy, psychometric assessments, and medico-legal reports, drawing on DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. With a background in NHS services like IAPT and CAMHS as well as private practice, Tamara takes an open-minded, client-centred approach, helping each individual navigate their mental health journey. She also brings expert insight through media commentary on mental health, making her a well-rounded and trusted resource for families.

Dr Alex Bone

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology | PGCert in Family Therapy

Dr. Alex Bone is a UK HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in family therapy, psychosis, and trauma/dissociation. She has extensive experience supporting young adults experiencing psychosis and trauma, and supervises research on early psychosis and related conditions. Her combined clinical and research expertise helps families understand complex mental health challenges and access effective, evidence-based support.

Leonora (Leo) Sefi

Clinical Operations Manager

Leo is a nurse trained in both adult and paediatric care. She has extensive experience supporting young people and their families as they navigate the healthcare system, often in challenging situations where communication can become difficult. This perspective helps families feel heard and understood, while giving parents the confidence that their child’s needs are being clearly represented and cared for.

Marcus Stow, OBE, MStJ, Registered Nurse

Clinical Safety Officer and Patient Safety Advisor

Marcus is an experienced leader in healthcare governance and patient safety, with a career spanning both national and international roles. He served as the Healthcare Governance Officer for the UK Mission in Sierra Leone during the Ebola outbreak, where he oversaw clinical assurance and operational safety in one of the most challenging public health environments of recent years. He has also worked as a Healthcare Commissioner for the UK Ministry of Defence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and accountable care across military healthcare systems. Marcus brings a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and clinical governance, and is passionate about supporting services that prioritise the wellbeing and safety of patients and their families.

Becky Dawson

Safeguarding Lead

With over 20 years of experience in education, Becky Dawson brings deep insight into the mental health needs of children and young people. Having worked as a drama teacher, Safeguarding Lead, and SENCo, she understands the challenges students face both in and out of the classroom. Becky has supported schools across the London Borough of Newham to develop whole-school approaches to mental health and wellbeing, benefiting both students and staff. Now running her own training and consultancy service, she works directly with young people experiencing mental health difficulties and delivers practical, inclusive training for educators and professionals. Her hands-on experience, combined with a compassionate, school-centered perspective, makes Becky a highly effective advocate for young people’s wellbeing.

Professor Peter Fonagy

OBE FMedSci FAcSS FBA PhD

Dr. Peter Fonagy is a world-renowned expert in child and adolescent mental health, serving as Chief Executive of the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families and Professor of Developmental Science at UCL. His work focuses on early attachment, emotional development, and the impact of trauma—core concerns for many families. He co-developed Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), a widely used approach that helps children and parents better understand emotions, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. With over 600 scientific papers, 250 chapters, and 19 books to his name, Dr. Fonagy has made a lasting impact on how mental health professionals understand and treat emotional difficulties in children and adolescents. Dr Shadi Shahnavaz

Family Psychotherapist

Dr. Shadi Shahnavaz is a highly experienced UKCP-registered Systemic Therapist with over 25 years of working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Currently part of the Anna Freud Centre’s Contact and Residence Dispute Team, she brings deep expertise in helping families navigate complex emotional challenges.Dr. Shahnavaz specializes in trauma, loss, attachment, and multicultural family dynamics, and is extensively trained in approaches like EMDR, parenting work, and Circle of Security. She is especially skilled in supporting adolescents and their families through times of emotional stress and transition. With her multilingual abilities (French, Farsi, and Swedish) and long-standing commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive care, Dr. Shahnavaz offers compassionate, evidence-based support that empowers families to heal, grow, and connect.

Dr. Andre Morris

Consultant Advisor – Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Dr. Andre Morris is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years of work in both the NHS and private practice, specialising in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), emotion dysregulation, and self-harm. He plays a senior role in the Maudsley Hospital’s national therapy programme, where he supports adolescents, adults, and families through complex emotional and behavioural challenges. As Speek’s DBT expert consultant, Dr. Morris helps shape structured, evidence-based support for young people and their families. His deep clinical expertise, especially in managing high-risk behaviours and promoting emotional resilience, makes him a trusted resource for parents navigating mental health concerns with their children.

Dr. Charlotte Maxwell is a Clinical and Community Psychologist known for her innovative, inclusive approach to mental health. Dr. Iain Jordan is a highly experienced medical doctor and consultant psychiatrist with over 20 years of service in public health across the UK and Ireland. Currently based at Oxford University Hospitals and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Oxford, he brings a deep understanding of both physical and mental health. Dr. Jordan specialises in complexity science and healthcare informatics, with a strong focus on making psychological strategies more accessible to all. His holistic, systems-based approach helps families navigate the intersection of medical and psychological care—especially in complex or long-term health situations—offering clear, compassionate guidance rooted in both science and empathy.
